During today’s Microsoft E3 conference the HoloLens headset was given a closer look.
Accompanied by a new version of Minecraft which supports the device, HoloLens enables players to create and explore their creations using holograms with their voice or simple hand gestures.
In the demo, which was captivating. The graphs were beautiful and the lands were immersive. An entire Minecraft universe was created on a table. Pigs interact freely with each other as firestorms rained from the sky. Using Microsoft’s “air tap,” lands were raised and lowered with the swift movement of an index finger.
Microsoft will reveal more information about Minecraft at Minecon this July.
