Rainbow Six: Siege is dropping on October 13, 2015, Ubisoft announced today at Microsoft’s E3 press conference. As well as gracing us with the trailer above, they announced that Rainbow Six: Siege will release on Xbox One with Rainbow 6 Vegas and Rainbow Six Vegas 2. We have backwards compatibility to thank for this awesome deal, but will people still be queuing up in lobbies to revisit the Vegas games? We’ll see.
My thoughts? I was a huge fan of the Rainbow Six Vegas games, and I’ve seen a lot of footage of the older Rainbow Six stuff from two generations back. Rainbow Six: Siege just doesn’t give me that Rainbow Six feel, but perhaps I just need to play it. Be sure to let us know what you think after watching the trailer above.
