Earlier today, Avalanche Studios and Bethesda Softworks released the official launch trailer for RAGE 2. The trailer is conveniently embedded above for you all to check out.
RAGE 2 takes place 30 years after the first game and revolves around the last ranger trying to survive a hostile world inhabited by mutants after an asteroid hit. This wildly-fun trailer dives briefly into the narrative while also giving us a preview of enemies that we will come across. Lastly, the footage is action-packaged with just enough carnage to raise your excitement level even higher.
RAGE 2 is one sequel that many people are still surprised even exists. RAGE had its faults but was still promising enough to garner the attention of some fans. With Avalanche Studios at the helm of this sequel, RAGE 2 is already poised to be a massive success. Luckily we won’t have to wait too much longer now to see if it truly delivers.
RAGE 2 launches on May 14th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Given Bethesda’s ambition to release more of their games on every console, it will be interesting to see if this game ever comes to the Nintendo Switch.
