During Marvel and Netflix’s Comic Con panel, the cast of Marvel’s Defenders was on hand to make some rather expected announcements.
Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock/Daredevil), Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Finn Jones (Danny Rand/Iron Fist), Sigourney Weaver (Alexandra), Elodie Yung (Elektra), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing), and Executive Producer and showrunner Marco Ramirez and Jon Berntha (Marvel’s The Punisher) announced of season 2 of Marvel’s Iron Fist, season 3 of Daredevil.
Marvel’s The Defenders follows Matt Murdock/Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Danny Rand/Iron Fist (Finn Jones), a quartet of singular heroes with one common goal – to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together.
