After this week’s release of the “Ray’s Cafe” EP, New York rapper O.C. is this week’s featured artist for Throwback Thursday.
We have selected five O.C. tracks to revisit.
The first track of our five is “Time’s Up“. This was featured on O.C.’s 1994 debut album “Word…Life” and was released as a single. “Time’s Up” was produced by O.C.’s fellow Diggin in the Crates Crew member Buckwild.
Track two is from 1997. “My World” was produced by DJ Premier and was released on O.C.’s sophomore album “Jewelz“.
The third song of our selected five is “Born 2 Live“. This track also appeared on his debut album “Word…Life“.
“Bonafide” is track four and features JAY Z. Released on the 2001 album “Bon Apetit“, “Bonafide” was produced by Buckwild.
The final track of our five is from Diggin in the Crates Crew’s album “D.I.T.C.“. “Get Yours” features O.C. alongside fellow D.I.T.C members Big L, Diamond D and producer Showbiz.
