Earlier tonight, Microsoft officially opened up beta sign-ups for their highly anticipated game maker title by the name of Project Spark. Ever since it’s reveal during Microsoft’s Pre E3 2013 press conference, Project Spark has drawn many comparisons to LittleBigPlanet but with the only difference being that it’s an Xbox and PC only title.

For those who are unaware, Project Spark is a cross platform title that will release on Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Windows 8. While the game was mentioned among a few other Xbox One launch titles during the Microsoft conference, it is still unclear when exactly this game will release to the masses. In another interesting sidenote, Microsoft still has remained silent on how Xbox SmartGlass will enhance every Xbox One title moving forward. We got an early glimpse of this when first introduced to Project Spark, but I’d say that eventually we are due for more specifics on the matter.
