Shortly after the release of Resident Evil 6 last week, news surfaced that capcom had additional unreleased content on the disc.
Earlier today, the company finally revealed on their blog that this DLC will be free and include a new difficulty setting along with additional partner support for Ada Wong’s campaign. The new setting will be titled No Hope and promises to be the most challenging way to play the game.
As for the updates to Ada Wong’s campaign, friends will be able to join you on missions as a currently unannounced character. Lastly, the campaign can be played at anytime despite how far you are in the other campaigns.
While capcom has received alot of criticism for their controversial on-disc DLC practices, it’s at least refreshing to know that they are trying to improve in this area. Will you be downloading any of this content once it’s available? Feel free to let us know in the comments below.
