Free Download: TrakkSounds & DJ Holiday – Instrumental To Society

Houston producer TrakkSounds has teamed up with DJ Holiday to present the “Instrumental To Society“.

As you can see from the name and cover, this mixtape is some form of dedication to the 1993 cult-classic movie “Menace II Society” on the year of it’s 20th anniversary.

This project is unofficially hosted by Slim Thug and features past and new work of TrakkSounds with artists such as Bun B, 2Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, Royce Da 5’9 and more.

The mixtape also features various collaborations from artists including Slauson native Nipsey Hussle and Chevy Woods with a track discussing “rich ni**a problems” on “Neighborhood

We also get a  dope collaboration from Freddie Gibbs, Slim Thug, Bun B and M.U.G on the track “Certified G’s“.

The first single from this mixtape also features Freddie Gibbs as he appears on the track “Rollin’” with Devin The Dude, Starlito, Killa Kyleon and ProPain.

Royce Da 5’9 spits alongside Grafh on the track “My Life” (don’t worry, it’s not a remix of the awful Slaughterhouse song).

The mixtape ends with two nice tracks which are related to each other titled “Atlanta Smokers Only” and “Houston Smokers Only”  respectively. “Atlanta Smokers Only” features Killer Mike, Rittz, Pill, Lil Scrappy, Scotty, Slimm Calhoun, Kyle Lucas, Runway Richy, Backbone and C-Bone. Check out the video for “Atlanta Smokers Only” below.

Other artists included on this mixtape are Dipset members Cam’ron and Hell Rell, Dolla Boy, Alley Boy, Chamillionaire and Stephen Jackson.

If you like what you hear then you can follow TrakkSounds @Trakksounds or check out his SoundClick page for some more TrakkSounds production.

With a nice selection of artists and some dope production I definitely recommend everyone to check out the mixtape and be sure to drop a comment below.
