Pete Rock has released a tribute mix for Nas‘ “Time Is Illmatic” documentary.
As one of the producers on the classic “Illmatic” record, Pete Rock put together the 44 minute mix with the help of fellow “Illmatic” producers L.E.S, Q-Tip, DJ Premier and Large Professor.
The mix includes original songs from Nas’ debut album along with some remixes with the original samples used.
“Time Is Illmatic,” the documentary, is now available on iTunes.
