Despite having a troubled launch, Evolution Studios’ PlayStation 4 exclusive driving game, Driveclub has sold two million units worldwide. This includes both digital and physical copies of the game.
This news comes to us via Twitter, where the game’s director, Paul Rustchynsky, posted this.

This is obviously great news for the Evolution Studios team and Sony Computer Entertainment who now have a huge hit on their hands. Right now, this puts it on equal footing with Forza Motorsport 5 which has also sold two million units. However, seeing as how Driveclub hasn’t been out for as long as that Xbox One launch game has been, it will surely surpass that to become the most successful first party racing game of this generation so far.
