As I write this my hands are shaking, because I just witnessed the long desired Final Fantasy VII remake reveal trailer at the Sony E3 2015 conference. As a huge fan of the series, and Final Fantasy VII itself, this is breathtaking news.
Personally, I’ve never been aching for a remake Final Fantasy VII game because I’m so happy with the original. It’s a vintage classic, and I’m fine with it existing the way it did when it first came out. But after seeing this reveal, I can’t help but be excited.
We don’t know when we’ll get the game, but at least we know it exists and that it’s coming to the PlayStation 4 first.
