/// Capcom “Looking Into” Adding Arcade Mode to Street Fighter 5!

Lacking an Arcade Mode means there’s no way for players to have a regular match against the CPU in a usual three-round game, which is bizarrely the case here. And Capcom has heard the complaints, thankfully.

The publisher told Forbes in a statement, “The team is looking into adding an Arcade Mode and we’ll have more information to share soon.”

Difficulty options for the game’s story prologue, are also being planned. | Source

/// Gears of War 4 to be a “Graphical Showcase” on Xbox One!

When Microsoft first showed Gears of War 4 at E3 last year, it looked good. When it finally releases later this year, it will be one of the best looking games on Xbox One, according to studio head Rod Fergusson.

Fergusson, who worked on all three mainline Xbox 360 games, told Official Xbox Magazine, “Like how the original Gears of War was a visual showcase for the Xbox 360, Gears of War 4 will be a graphical showcase for the Xbox One.”

Fergusson hinted at Gears of War 4 multiplayer running at 60 frames-per-second, but didn’t outright confirm it.

“Delivering [with Ultimate Edition] the first 60fps multiplayer experience in franchise history really taught us a lot about what it means to have a 60fps culture on the team and we’re leveraging that experience for Gears of War 4.”

/// Kojima On Why He Will Never Release A Game Like P.T., Doesn’t Want To Look Back At The Konami Drama!

In a recent interview with Polygon, Kojima was asked whether he is interested in making a game similar to theme of Silent Hills or P.T., or horror genre in general. Kojima stated that Silent Hills will never happen and although he is interested in exploring the horror genre in the future, he won’t develop a game like P.T.

“P.T. in a way for us was also an experiment to understand many things. Silent Hills, I don’t think that will ever happen. I would definitely like to explore horror and by horror I don’t mean horror as a genre, but more like the feeling of terror as a theme, as a topic and this is one aspect that gets really close to interactivity of scariness so that is something I would be interested in exploring in the future.”

“After P.T. there were similar games that were released or were developed. Personally, I don’t want to do something that is in the same tone, I would prefer to do something that takes a different approach and a different perspective to it,” he added. | Source
