In its latest fiscal results Nintendo has confirmed that its next dedicated gaming system, codenamed the Nintendo NX, will be launching March next year:

Nintendo also revealed that The Legend of Zelda has been delayed again. The game is now scheduled for release in 2017 on both the Wii U and the NX. It will also apparently be the company’s biggest focus at E3 in June, and not the NX.

The new system will also not replace the Wii U and 3DS.

Although Nintendo may not be ready to show off the console to the public at E3 this year, things like behind-closed-doors demos and meetings for the press will be unlikely as well.
