Earlier today, Sony released a brand new PlayStation 5 launch trailer that revealed release windows for several highly anticipated upcoming PS5 titles.
As mentioned in the trailer embedded above, Gran Turismo 7, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Returnal are all expected in the first half of 2021. Horizon Forbidden West will be launching on both PS5 and PS4 in the second half of 2021. When PS5 launches later this week in North America, fans will have the option of picking up Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Demon’s Souls which received a surprise State of Play breakdown video this past weekend.
I had the opportunity to review Spider-Man: Miles Morales last week along with the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition console and I highly recommend picking up both when possible and if you are interested. It is worth noting that the other games shown in this video could very well be pushed further out depending on if the current pandemic has shifted their development cycle. Sony still seems pretty confident in them releasing within these windows so we will see if they are successful in delivering these products.
