Toy Story 4 and Child’s Play are in theaters everywhere right now. Entertainment Editor Dana Abercrombie and I had an opportunity to see both movies and wanted to share our candid thoughts on how each film stacks up. Was Toy Story 4 an absolutely necessary film or just another cash grab opportunity for Pixar and Disney? Did Mark Hamill deliver the performance of a lifetime as Chucky in the Child’s Play remake? Are both movies worthy of the box office numbers they received this past weekend? We answer all of these questions and more on this special episode of MovieCast.
Take a listen if you’re considering checking out both films or want to know what to expect should you decide to go see one or the other.
