The whole drama between Hideo Kojima and Konami has reached an epilogue with today’s news. As of yesterday, Kojima is no longer and employee of Konami. Now with a revamped Kojima Productions, he has decided to partner with Sony in order to create new games for the PlayStation 4, as well for the PC.
We decided to get together to discuss this megaton-level news and give our thoughts on the situation. Though this may be the end of Kojima’s involvement with Konami, and is effectively the end of the Metal Gear Solid series as we know it, the future looks bright for Kojima. We discuss that and many other things.
