Edward Velazquez, Richard Bailey Jr. and I return for episode 69 of The Co-op Podcast. This week we decided to touch on the recent Microsoft rumors that were leaked. Microsoft has actually decided to seek legal action against the person who leaked the rumors, which means some of them may actually hold some weight. We run through each one and speculate on the possibility of it being true. The rumors we discuss are as follows:
- Halo 2: Anniversary heading to Xbox One on November 11
- Crackdown 3 coming 2016
- Halo 5 delayed?
- Forza Horizon 2 could hit Xbox One in September at 1080p
- White Xbox One disc-less console
We also discuss the next Gears of War game, as Microsoft has now purchased the IP from EPIC games. What will the new Gears of War game be like? Will they still use the Unreal Engine? Richard Bailey Jr. wrote an awesome article listing 5 things we want from Tomb Raider 2 so we decided to run through the list and add our own commentary. Also we briefly touch on the new slim Vita model announced for the UK.
Unfortunately we experienced some brief technical difficulties this week that affected the video version of the show, we managed to edit some of these issues out of the audio version though.
