Yesterday afternoon, Insomniac Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment released the teaser trailer for the first piece of upcoming DLC for Marvel’s Spider-Man titled The Heist. The trailer is conveniently embedded above for you all to check out.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist is part of The City Never Sleeps Season Pass and revolves around Spider-Man finally tracking down The Black Cat. The story was first introduced in the base game through the Black Cat Stakeout missions and is expected to continue in The Heist. This DLC story content can be purchased individually for $9.99 or as part of the Season Pass for $24.99.
Marvel’s Spider-Man is a fantastic third-person perspective action-adventure game starring the iconic Marvel Comics superhero and expected to launch worldwide on Friday, September 7th. In my review of the game, I referred to it as a swinging success with brutally satisfying combat, extraordinary characters, an engrossing storyline and immersive world. If you’re a fan of Spider-Man or Marvel in general, then you definitely should pick this up later this week.
