As reported earlier Nintendo will be releasing a “Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary” edition of the DSi XL in Japan. The beautifully designed system will go on sale for ¥18,000 on October 28th. No word as of yet on a western release but don’t hold your breath.
With the 3DS due out in less than 6 months this new DSi is quite possibly the Nintendo DS’s last horrah.If Nintendo ever decides to release this beauty anywhere in the world we’ll be the first to let you know.
