The annual Halofest celebration is kicking off this weekend in Seattle. The first surprise comes from Turn 10, the studio behind the Forza series. The series’ lead creator, Dan Greenwalt, was their to present an interactive look at the ‘Halo 4 Warthog’ using Forza 4’s “Autovista” mode.
Forza 4’s “Autovista” mode allows players to interacts with the vehicles in their garage. It allows you to pop the hood, pop the trunk, look inside the car, all while feeding you loads of info on what you’re seeing. All of these features are included in the Warthog presentation. You can pop the hood and get some info on the cars abilities by none other than Cortana. It’s a pretty cool Easter egg. It’s also worth noting that you cannot drive the Warthog.
Kotaku managed to get the short presentation on video. I suggest you check it out for further details. Forza 4 is out on October 11.
