Today Capcom announced that Marvel vs. Capcom 2 will be released for iOS devices next week. As with the console versions, the 2D fighter will sport a roster of 56 characters and is said to give mobile gamers “an insane, action-packed, tag-team arcade fighting experience”.
I’m not sure that a fast and frantic fighting game will work well on touch screen devices but for the right price I’d be willing to find out. Marvel vs. Capcom 2 will hit Apple’s App Store on April 25, 2012.
