This week we’re going to go back to the 80’s where many of the pioneers of hip-hop were in their prime. The duo of Eric. B & Rakim come under this category.
“I Ain’t No Joke” was the very first track from their classic album “Paid In Full“, which was released in 1987.
If you’re a listener to hip-hop you’ll probably hear many of Rakim’s lines quoted from this album as homage to one of the best MC’s of all time.
Even if you have a general interest in hip-hop, I recommend that you purchase “Paid In Full” just so that you can say you own a hip-hop classic.
