While Sony’s recently released firmware update 2.00 for the PlayStation 4 brought some new features such as Share Play, it wasn’t without one huge setback. Users like myself have been having problems putting their machines into rest mode. To be specific, restarting the system while it was in rest mode. Sony has been aware of this issue and will now attempt to fix it with firmware update 2.01.

No word yet on how “soon” update 2.01 will be released but at least Sony has moved as quickly as possible to address this issue. As soon as we find out more on when this update is released we’ll let you guys know.
