A few weeks ago, we learned about the last-gen exclusive Assassin’s Creed game, Rogue. We got some good information from Ubisoft and Game Informer about it but now we get to see the game in action. Two new trailers were unveiled during Gamescom and each shows different aspects of the game including naval warfare and land exploration.
This first video takes place in the North Atlantic. The gameplay should be familiar to those who played Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.
This second video begins with a bit of naval battling before moving on to the land and becoming more like a standard Assassin’s Creed game.
The game is looking fantastic and even though it may not get the prestige of its current-gen sibling, Assassin’s Creed: Unity, it looks to be every bit as expansive and innovative. Fans of the series are in for a treat since they will have two games to play this fall.
Assassin’s Creed: Rogue will be released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 11. Assassin’s Creed: Unity will be released on the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 28.
