Earlier today, Major Nelson revealed on his blog that a brand new Xbox One bundle for Halo: The Master Chief Collection is currently scheduled to hit stores sometime later this month. This package will feature a standard 500GB Xbox One console and a brand new copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection all for the price of $349.99.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection just received some significant matchmaking updates last week and has been heavily criticized by both fans and critics alike since it launched late last year. While the massive campaigns across each game remain intact, the ongoing issues with multiplayer matchmaking still exist to this very day.
While I applaud 343 Industries decision to fix these issues, I definitely think all of the additional time spent on this game will impact Halo 5. Hopefully there won’t be any significant problems with Master Chief’s next outing as that would surely put the franchise in even more trouble than it already is in now.
