Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Overview Trailer Released

Earlier today, CD Projekt RED released a brand new gameplay overview trailer for their upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 video game. This highly anticipated action RPG and first-person shooter launches on December 10th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Google Stadia, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The official trailer has been embedded above while a brief synopsis and additional trailers for Johnny Silverhand, Keanu Reeves, Jali, the score, and soundtrack are all included below.

Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 has been described as a narrative-driven open-world RPG set within the same universe as the 1988 pen and paper RPG titled Cyberpunk 2020. Players take on the role of a mercenary named V are tasked with exploring the dangerous cyber-enhanced world of Night City, California.

Cyberpunk 2077 was originally announced way back in May of 2012. Since then, CD Projekt RED has provided updates here and there but not as many as they have revealed this year. The game has been delayed multiples times and was scheduled to release on November 10th before being pushed to December 10th.

Many have speculated that due to the constant delays and stories regarding crunch culture at the company, a large majority of people may pass on this game. I firmly believe at the end of the day, this isn’t true, and given the attention around this title, it will sell far more copies as a result. Either way, I’m definitely looking forward to diving into Night City next month.

Are any of you still planning on picking up Cyberpunk 2077 when it launches next month? Feel free to let us know in the comments section below.
