Laganja Estranja Talks The Importance of Pride And COVID Awareness

What’s spicy, sweet, and full of fire? Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire Spiced Iced Tea and RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Laganja Estranja. Now you can enjoy the two together during one of the most unique Pride month celebration as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire partners with drag queens for Drag Queen Mukbang, a new series pairing two popular food trends: mukbang and the drag brunch.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire Presents Drag Queen Mukbang will blend the irreverence of a drag queen brunch, a drag show normally performed in front of a live audience during a late morning meal, with the intimacy of mukbang, a popular genre of social media videos that feature hosts enjoying a variety of food while interacting with the audience.

Every episodes of Drag Queen Mukbang will debut weekly and feature talent enjoying a lavish meal mukbang-style while entertaining viewers with quips, jokes and other surprises highlighting Tennessee Fire.

The online virtual show which the queens filmed themselves is debuting on JackFirePride.com during June Pride Month and July 11th episode will feature Estranja partaking in a wonderful Tex-Mex spread.

However, this show isn’t just about food and games. This virtual, remote dining experience will feature hard-hitting discussions on the drag community and COVID-19, that’s a must-see experience for all people.

The Koalition spoke to Estranja about the meaning of Pride month, COVID-19, food and more.
