Welcome to another episode of The Co-op Podcast. This week’s show is earlier due to scheduling conflicts; but you can bet that there’s still much to be discussed, like Microsoft announcing the delay of Scalebound. On last week’s show we compared the exclusive line ups for both the PS4 and Xbox One and Scalebound was one that came up in conversation often, well just a day after our show Microsoft announced the delay, so now we’ll have much to talk about now that the game is out of the equation.
Another game that may be missing from 2016 will be the next Assassin’s Creed game. Ever since Assassin’s Creed II (2009) the series has been a yearly addition, and after the abundance of bugs found in Assassin’s Creed Unity people grew tired of Assassin’s Creed. The most recent game Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was a solid game, but now Ubisoft is rumored to be giving us a break from the series so that they can improve future games. What are our expectations for the next game now?
Also discussed on this episode:
– Half Life writer Marc Laidlaw retired, are we still getting part 3?
– Oculus Rift will cost $600 and require at least a GTX960
