Earlier today, Crytek revealed the official launch trailer for their critically acclaimed Ryse: Son of Rome video game.
The video above highlights portions of the narrative behind Ryse, along with an action-packed vignette full of brutality and bloodshed. We also get a glimpse of Marius Titus and the role he plays as an impending war between two opposing factions finally comes to a head. This trailer comes about a month after Microsoft released two new Ryse story trailers for fans to get a deeper understanding of the single player experience.
Ryse is one of the Xbox One exclusive title’s that many people have criticized because of it’s quicktime combat mechanics and failure to have an output resolution of 1080p. After playing the game extensively and watching this engaging story trailer above, I’m personally looking forward to playing the finished version of the game to see if all the complaints are justified.
