Talk about loot boxes has gained considerable traction in recent weeks. Why? Because nearly every big AAA game this fall has them. This has lead some to wonder if these randomly generated DLC should officially be classified as a form of gambling. Today, the ESRB made their stance clear: loot crates are not a form of gambling.
