Throwdown Ep. 55 – Konami… WTF?

Written by on

Welcome to another episode of Throwdown. On this podcast/vidcast we discuss the latest video game, pop culture, and tech news in an honest and uncompromising fashion.

This episode of Throwdown is the first to feature only two panelists: Tony Polanco and Emilio Lopez. That doesn’t mean that things don’t get crazy however as they discuss the recent insanity with Konami and their protection racket-like FOB protection plan, Destiny ads being put on people’s PlayStation 4, dashboards, Frank Miller‘s… questionable drawing of Superman, and Lex Luthor not actually being in Batman v Superman.

The guys also talk about some of their pre-NYCC experiences such as what Emilio saw at the Jacob Javits Center the day before the convention began, and Tony telling us about the games he got to check out at the Square-Enix and EA events held in Manhattan.

Thanks as always to Shawn Daley for our awesome intro and outro music.
