Earlier today, Insomniac Games announced that a demo of Fuse will be hitting both Xbox Live and PSN on May 7th.
Fuse is a four-player cooperative action video game that is also serving as the first multiplatform title from Insomniac Games. The demo takes place late in the game’s campaign and will allow players to test out each character’s full range of upgraded powers and abilities. The demo will support both two-player split-screen and four-player cooperative online sessions. The video above is taken from the most recent trailer of the game.
While I had previously mentioned this as being one of May’s best games, the final verdict is still out as to whether or not this title will ultimately deliver. Several critics have remained on the fence about the game, while other Insomniac fans are still highly optimistic. Luckily for us all, the wait is almost over.
Fuse releases on May 28th in North America and on May 31st in Europe for the PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Are any of you planning on picking up this game or at least trying out the demo? Feel free to let us know in the comments section below
