Remember Me Launching June 4, New Trailer Released

Capcom today announced that Remember Me, the futuristic third-person action game by Dontnod Entertainment will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on June 4 in North America and June 7 in Europe.

Along with the announcement a new trailer was released, it shows the character Nilin who is an amnesiac ‘memory hunter’ and her attempt to find out who erased her memory and how she can restore it.
The game takes place in a stylized Neo-Paris in 2084, the trailer also gives a taste of the hand-to-hand combat and platforming Nilin will get up to in the game.

The game allows players to create their own combos in a Combo Lab over the course of the game, Capcom have said that there are over 50,000 combinations that can be made allowing for lots of experimentation and different play styles.

Personally I think the game looks very interesting, the idea of exploring and platforming around a futuristic Paris seems very appealing, I just hope the the combat is good enough to keep the game interesting. Hopefully the hand-to-hand takes inspiration from Arkham Asylum and Sleeping Dogs, those games nearly perfected keeping combat fun for the whole game.
