Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire Exceed 3 Million Copies Sold

The newest two additions to the Pokémon franchise have surpassed a combined sales total of three million units sold worldwide in just three days according to The Pokémon Company. These statistics continue a productive trend that Nintendo has been experiencing throughout their  last few months of game releases.

The previous entries Pokémon X and Pokémon Y combined for a total of four million units over the course of the first weekend which puts these entries slightly behind their  predecessors.
