Report — God of War 4 Screenshots and Details Leaked; Set in Norse Mythology

It seems that Kratos may return in God of War 4, which reportedly features a Norse mythology setting.

NerdLeaks published a big chunk of leaked concept art that’s reportedly from God of War 4. The visuals and site have gone offline, but the images have been restored and can be seen on NeoGAF.

Listed below are reported details for God of War 4 that state it’s set in Norse mythology:

► There is Kratos, with beard
► The setting is the Norse Mythology
► Kratos will visit Alfheim, “Land Of The Fairies”, one of the Nine Worlds and home of the Light Elves (concepts show the Wall and the Temple Door)
► Kratos will be in one or more prison
► Kratos has an Axe, with wich he can cut vines and create bridges/walkways
► The surrounding environment could interact with the character (if Kratos brushes-up against the vines, they expell visible spores).

Industry insider Shinobi602 revealed the Norse setting for the game on Twitter, prior to NerdLeaks’ report.
