Bandai Namco has today announced three editions of Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom that is set for release January 19th 2018.
The King’s Edition has a beautiful looking music box diorama that plays the main theme, a vinyl soundtrack also featuring the Joe Hisaishi-composed main theme, a making-of Bluray disc, an art book and the season pass for the game. All of this will run you $199. When you consider that collector’s editions for other games haven’t included the season pass, it may not be such a bad price. It all depends on the quality of the items.
The Prince’s Edition includes the making-of Bluray, the season pass and a steelbook case. For those wishing to own the game on PC, you can get the standard version, a digital-only Prince’s Edition that includes the season pass or the King’s Edition with the same content as the PS4 version but with a digital code for the game instead.

The price breakdown for the US and UK are as follows:
Day One Edition – $59.99 / £54.99
Prince’s Edition – $79.99 / £84.99
King’s Edition – $199.99 / £139.99
