Sarah Shahi may not be a household name yet but in March everyone will know the great actress she has become.
NBC’s upcoming science fiction drama Reverie is literally a dream role. Shahi plays Mara Kint, a former hostage negotiator and expert on human behavior who became a college professor after facing an unimaginable personal tragedy and death. After being recruited by a high-tech agency in need of pulling people out of virtual realities where their fantasies are practically real.
Described as a psychological thriller set in a virtual reality world, Shahi will soon find herself not being able to trust her own instincts and will start to question her own sanity.
