Once you’ve run out of cops, you will not be able to respond to crimes. Then, you won’t be able to afford new cops. Once you’ve failed to earn ring pulls three days in a roll, it is all over for you.
You have to think quickly and you need to make sure that you’re making the right choices. Otherwise, this game is going to become very frustrating incredibly quickly.
Tactical Missions
One of the best things about this game is the tactical missions mode. This is what sets it apart from the competition. When you get involved in one of these missions, you’ll feel like you’re playing XCOM. The action is turn-based and multiple officers will be involved. On top of that, you’ll have a lot of tools in your arsenal. You don’t need to kill your enemies. Instead, you can take advantage of non-lethal tactics to apprehend your enemies. Just remember that the outcome won’t change too much. If you slaughter everyone, you’ll get the same result as you would if you didn’t.
Nevertheless, it is nice to have choices and this is likely the best aspect of the game. The game is all about making money too. You’ll need to buy and sell goods in hopes of turning a profit. At times, it feels like a little too much.
Is It Worth It?
Ultimately, This Is The Police 2 is not nearly as revolutionary as the original. Nevertheless, it is fun in its own right. This is a game that can keep you entertained for hours and hours. However, it is slightly bloated. There is too much to do and a lot of it matters very little. Still, the game is affordable enough to make it worth the money. If you liked the original, you’ll want to play this one too.
