During the Xbox Developer Direct stream earlier today, Obsidian Entertainment announced that Avowed is scheduled to release in Fall 2024 for Xbox Series X/S, PC, Cloud, and Game Pass. A new trailer featuring some gameplay is embedded above while more details are included below:
Game Director Carrie Patel, Gameplay Director Gabe Paramo, and Art Director Matt Hansen gave us a first deep-dive look at the gameplay in Obsidian’s upcoming fantasy action RPG. Avowed continues Obsidian’s signature style of creating games with deep themes and player choice at the forefront.
