Today EA Sports have revealed the next installment of Fight Night and from the looks of it they went back to 2006 in terms of graphics, the game has a completely realistic tone like the first fight night did back in 2006. With them redoing the entire gameplay into physics based boxing in Fight Night 4 that had to take focus away from the graphics and it showed, this time however it looks like they focused on the visuals.
Its not all about visuals though, Brian Hayes, Gameplay Producer on Fight Night Champion spoke to IGN and said
“It’s something people won’t expect from an EA Sports game.”
Details so far state the game will feature between 60 and 65 boxers, also players will take control of the action with what EA is calling “Full Spectrum Punch Control”. Which were created to deliver the most realistic punching system ever seen, but also make this game the most user-friendly Fight Night in the franchise’s history, that sounds like MOVE/KINECT support to me, what do you think?.
