Assassin’s Creed producer Francois Pelland delivered the goods at Ubisoft’s E3 conference, showing of both a new trailer and some awesome gameplay footage of Assassin’s creed III.
The demo took place in New England and showed our new Assassin Connor navigating through the woods slaying wolves. He then delivers some elk meat to a nearby camp and is asked by the medic to pick up some mercury to provide aid.
Connor then left the camp to go after a Templar and ran into some redcoats. A coutner-kill was shown of Conner using one of the enemies as a shield whilst his comrades fired on him.
It’s clear Assassin’s Creed will do a lot more than provide the same old Templar slaying adventure we’ve come to love, Ubisoft are clearly keen on keeping the experience fresh and I’m sure Assassin’s Creed III will be worth the wait in the end.
