EA and DICE have revealed that fixing Battlefield 4 is their absolute priority, the news comes after yesterdays release of the first expansion China Rising.
An EA representative spoke to IGN, saying:
“We know we still have a ways to go with fixing the game – it is absolutely our #1 priority. The team at DICE is working non-stop to update the game. We know many of our players are frustrated, and we feel your pain. We will not stop until this is right.”
DICE have also committed to not focus on any other games until Battlefield 4 is fixed, this means that no work will be done on Mirror’s Edge and the new Star Wars Battlefront game until Battlefield 4 is ready to go. This is great news if you want Battlefield 4 fixed, but bad news if you want them to hurry up and release a new Battlefront! I’m glad that they are concentrating on fixing the game though, maybe next time they will make sure it works before they release it!
