Earlier today, Warner Bros. Interactive decided to release a brand new Lobo Character Spotlight Video to celebrate the main man himself being added to the Injustice: Gods Among Us roster as a DLC add-on.
Highly regarded as one of DC Comics most popular characters, Lobo is a welcomed addition to the roster and a certifiable badass that everyone will be eager to tryout. The video above gives a brief history on Lobo and sheds some light on why he was the perfect character to add to Injustice: Gods Among Us. If you purchased the season pass, then you can download Lobo right now through both the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network services. Otherwise, the character will cost you $5.00 (400 Microsoft points) separately. Now with Lobo out and Batgirl coming shortly afterward, the only question that remains is whether or not General Zod and Scorpion will be the final DLC characters made for this game. Fans have expressed a great deal of anger over the situation and have been calling for other popular DC characters to make the cut instead. Unfortunately, is you made the decision to purchase the season pass for this game early on then you’ll be stuck with these 4 characters. Perhaps NetherRealm Studios will see the light and give fans what they want but I definitely wouldn’t get my hopes up about such a move happening anytime soon.
