Alienware have announced that they are making a Steam Machine and that the pricing will be competitive with the Xbox One and PS4, but no additional details have been given yet.

That sure is a wide array of power and prices! It seems like there will be an awful lot of choices for people who want a Steam Machine. At the moment it is difficult to tell what box will essentially give you the most power for your money, but I’m sure that tech sites out there will have a lot of fun reviewing every single one of them!

If I were to get one it would probably be one of the cheapest ones, as I currently only have a laptop. A gaming machine that didn’t have all of the fuss of a PC would be lovely.

I’m interested to hear from some of you techier people what you think about these Steam Machines. Do they provide enough value for money? Please let me know in the comments section below!
