We all know that a new Assassin’s Creed game is coming out this year. It’s not just the fact that it’s an annual franchise either as Ubisoft has already said that the next game will be called Assassin’s Creed Victory. Today the company released a teaser for the game on the official AC website and on Twitter.
Oppression has to end! New #AssassinsCreed. World Premiere May 12 9am PST >> http://t.co/bMzEgx1fY8 || pic.twitter.com/FiRc0irS61

Aside from the tagline of “Oppression has to end!” and references to a man named Jacob, we don’t get much out of this tease. The title has been confirmed to take place in Victorian-Era England so it’s possible that the Assassin Order is trying to bring down the British Monarchy.
We’ll find out more when the game’s details are revealed next week.
