NBC’s Found Exclusive Clip Showcases Gabi’s Boss Moments

When you think of a boss, what comes to mind? Strength, courage and the ability to stare down adversity without batting an eye. Gabi Mosely of NBC’s Found is someone who encapsulates all of those qualities and more. First off, she doesn’t do drama. Secondly, you never address her as “chick.” She is a woman, lady, queen, or “sometimes sis.”‘

When Gabi Mosely (Shanola Hampton) said she’d do anything to solve her case, she absolutely meant it. She pours her heart and soul into every missing person’s case, not only because she cares, but because she’s been there. As a teenager she was held captive by Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) and had to save herself. There was no team of people coming for her. Her photo wasn’t plastered on the news non-stop. Since then, she has devoted her life to finding people who the system allows to fall through the cracks. While most of that work is done alongside her crisis management team, she harbors a secret; an adviser who knows kidnappers best. The man who was Gabi’s kidnapper is now a prisoner in Gabi’s basement.

While this may be legally wrong, does it matter? Rules are meant to be broken. Especially when, in any given year, more than 600,000 people are reported missing in the U.S. More than half that number are people of color that the country seems to forget about and having someone who thinks like Sir at her beck and call to find these victims is the ultimate boss move. “I’ll tell you what to help with and you help. Right now, I’m in charge.”

To Gabi, absolutely there is nothing greater than finding missing people. Gabi is brilliant and has been doing this without Sir, but she knows every minute counts when someone is missing. After 48 hours, the odds of finding someone alive tend to diminish. If doing it with him means finding someone alive, it’s worth it to Gabi.

As seen in the video above, in celebration of Gabi’s boss moves and saving countless children’s lives, NBC has released a highlight video of Gabi’s boss moments from catching the kidnapper to outsmarting Sir.

The cast includes Shanola Hampton, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Kelli Williams, Brett Dalton, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta and Karan Oberoi. Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Sonay Hoffman, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Leigh London Redman and Lindsay Dunn executive produce. Berlanti Productions and Rock My Soul Productions produces in association with Warner Bros. Television and Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group.

Found airs on Tuesdays at 10/9c on NBC and are available the next day on Peacock.
