A new trailer for Chinese Room’s Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture was just released. The trailer may be skimpy on details but it is chuck full of atmosphere.
With a title like Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, we can hazard a guess and say this game takes place after the Biblical Apocalypse. From the reports heard on the radio, society has descended into chaos due to all of the missing people. We do know that the game is a first person title and that you play in an open world environment. What that interaction entails is still a mystery but we can assume it will involve talking to other people who were left behind.
Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture will be released on PlayStation 4 this summer. Below is a piece of music from the soundtrack.
