The next installment in the Yakuza series takes us back to 1988, well before the events of the first game, and shows us how series star Kazuma Kiryu began his life of crime. We’ve known about Yakuza 0 for some time but today during Sony’s Japanese press event, we got to see our first glimpse of it.
The game will feature not only Kiryu but also other members of the cast, including Goro Majima. This trailer is supposedly the intro of the game and in it we can see Kiryu getting information from someone by beating the snot out of him.
There will be more footage shown during Tokyo Game Show so when that is available, we’ll have that for you as well as any other Yakuza 0 related news.
